CLUB 567

YOUTH SUNDAY SCHOOL
This is a class for 8th to 12th-grade students and is offered during Sunday School time in the Youth Room. This group meets monthly. Stay tuned for Fall 2021 dates.

CONFIRMATION
This is a two-year program that is geared for 7th and 8th grade students (which goes above and beyond Sunday School) and provides an instruction/experience in the Christian faith in the Lutheran Church. This serves as part of the fulfillment of the promises made by parents and sponsors on the day of baptism. Then, at the completion of the class, students are given the opportunity to affirm their baptism and be accepted into full “confirmed” membership of the congregation. Also after affirming their baptism, youth are eligible to serve on ministry teams, be elected to council or to represent the congregation at synod gatherings, and to vote at congregational meetings. I am really looking forward to teaching this class this year. This class will meet on the First and Third Wednesdays of the month from 6:45-8pm. During classes, there will be interactive activities, learning, and dessert! See our online calendar for dates. -
