Our purpose is to be and make disciples of Jesus Christ.

Vision

Our vision is to create a community which welcomes all people; shares the experience of God’s grace; grows in faith; and is sent out into the world to care.

The Gospel

We are committed to the Good News that God has acted on our behalf in Jesus and that through a personal relationship with Jesus we can experience a life-changing relationship with God. A Lutheran understanding of that Good News with a commitment to Word alone, Faith alone, and Grace alone guides and shapes our ministry.

Grace-centered Worship

We are committed to vibrant, grace centered worship. All that we do at Living Water flows out of our worshipping community and worship experience. At worship we believe that we come face to face with the living God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, through Word and Sacrament.

Outreach

We are committed to sharing the grace, love, and forgiveness of Jesus Christ to all people; those within the church and those not yet connected to Christ or the church. Because God has found us and because God continually loves and seeks out lost people, we as part of Christ’s church will make them a priority in our mission.

Spiritual Growth for All Ages

We are committed to life-long learning for everyone. Learning about God and experiencing the love of Christ is a never-ending journey. Teaching and equipping the people of God through Bible Study, faith-development, and prayer is a vital part of our ministry. We will continually seek to offer classes, retreats, and other learning opportunities that are relevant to people’s lives and age-appropriate for all involved.

Empowerment

We are committed to training, equipping, and empowering people of all ages and faith levels to live in the world as representatives of Jesus Christ. We are a community that is called to give the hope of Jesus to the world. We will help people discover their God-given gifts and support and encourage them as they use their gifts to serve Christ and the community.
