Worship

prayer.jpgWe are committed to vibrant, grace centered worship.

All that we do at Living Water flows out of our worshipping community and worship experience. At worship we believe that we come face to face with the living God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, through Word and Sacrament.
We believe that God has created each one of us with a need in our heart that finds its satisfaction and nourishment in times of vital, meaningful worship.

Worship is the primary time when the growing family of faith at Living Water gathers to honor God through praise and song, to seek God’s guidance for daily life through God’s Word, to hear the announcement that we are loved and forgiven children of God, and to be challenged and strengthened by Word and Sacrament to put our faith into action through lives filled with loving service.

Worship is offered on Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m.

Wouldn't we all like to "see" God? Jesus reveals to his disciples and us that when we get to know Him, we get to know the Father. There is a way to the Father. Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life.

Sermon 4 13 08

On Good Shepherd Sunday we hear Jesus' words: My sheep hear my voice and follow me. In modern terms, Jesus might be called The Great River Raft Guide; those who follow his voice are guided safely down the river of life.

Sermon 4 06 08

Jesus’ disciples were confused, sad and disappointed. The One they thought would be the chosen Messiah was dead and buried. But, wait! Things aren’t always as they appear! Right at their moment of despair, Jesus appears to walk the road with them. Their eyes are opened to see Jesus in the Scriptures and in the breaking of bread. Our eyes are opened, too!
