LIVING WATER LUTHERAN CHURCH
WOMEN’S CHOIR
A new Music Ministry opportunity has arrived for the women of Living Water Lutheran Church. If you’ve wanted to sing in a choir, but didn’t want to commit to every Sunday, this is your chance to raise your voice in praise to the Lord and make some new LWLC women friends! It’s a ONE SUNDAY PER MONTH (2nd Sunday, except October which will be the 3rd Sunday) plus weekly rehearsal commitment on Wednesday nights at the church from 6:00 – 6:45 pm.
If you’re interested in joining the new Women’s choir, please let us know by calling the church office at 480.473.8400 and letting us know of your interest. We will be in touch with you thereafter. Thanks!
We hope to see you at our first rehearsal on Wednesday, August 27th, 2008.
Sing, Praise and Make a Joyful Noise!
The Living Water Lutheran Adult Choir regularly performs at the 8:30 am service weekly. We are blessed to have a strong music program under the Direction of Marcie Coutts. All interested parties are encouraged to consider participation in the Choir. You can join at any time during the year. The Choir continues to build in numbers and provides a significant contribution to each service with a wide array of music selections.
Each year there is a performance of a Christmas Cantata (December 9, 2007) and also the Easter Cantata, each accompanied by a String Quartet or Brass Ensemble. A sample of that cantata is below after the photos.
